Day 1 Istanbul
Arrival Istanbul Ataturk Airport and meeting transfer to hotel by our agency staff. After check in depending on your arrival we invite you to our office to meet your travel consultant & to take an orientation walk in the city.

Day 2  Istanbul
After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel lobby to join a small group and visit Istanbul's most fascinating sites. The Ancient Hippodrome with the Egyptian Obelisk & the Constantine Column and then continue to the Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Cami), after leaving this masterpiece of Ottoman architecture we walk across to Hagia Sophia Museum, which was the largest closed human structure on earth for over 800 years and the centre of Byzantine Christians. Lunch served at one of the nearby restaurants serving Turkish Cuisine. Afternoon free at leisure (you may ask your guide for other options for sightseeing). Overnight Istanbul (B,L)

Day 3  Cappadocia
Early breakfast and transfer to Istanbul Airport domestic terminal for flight to Kayseri (Cappadocia) 1.5 hrs. Transfer to Urgup or Goreme depending on your hotel preference and quick check in to hotel and joining a small group to visit, underground city of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, the rock citadel of Uchisar where you can get the best panoramic view of the region. Goreme Open Air Museum with its churches hewn out of rock and the colourful frescoes which decorate them. Cavusin village, Pasabagi Monks Valley and Avanos which houses many local pottery workshops. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. (B,L,D)

Day 4 Cappadocia - Konya - Pamukkale
Departing early morning for Konya. Enroute, stop to visit the 13th century caravanserai of Sultanhan which is authentically preserved. Konya the capital of the Seljuk Turks in the 13th century and home of the Mevlana Museum is also known for its theological school of whirling dervishes. Lunch will be served enroute. Arrival in Pamukkale will be late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale. (B,L,D)

Day 5  Pamukkale - Antalya
After breakfast at the hotel stop at the calcium cliffs with the natural pools and visit the ruins of magnificent Hierapolis antique city. After lunch drive along the Taurus Mountains to Antalya. Arrival in Antalya will be late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Antalya. (B,L,D)

Day 6  Antalya
After breakfast at the hotel the full day tour in Antalya begins with a tour to Perge where you will visit the ruins of a colossal theatre, stadium and huge Hellenistic and Roman gates. Continuing onto Aspendos where the best preserved Roman Theatre is located and on to Side which is a small authentic village filled with classical ruins. Lunch will be served during the visits. Day 7  Antalya - Kusadasi
After the breakfast, early departure for Aphrodisias dedicated to the Goddess of Love Aphrodite. The drive to Kusadasi will begin after the visit. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi. (B,L,D)

Day 8  Kusadasi
After breakfast at the hotel there will be a morning tour of Ephesus. This is the best preserved and the most often visited of all sites in Turkey. It is dedicated to Artemis who is the Virgin Goddess of Chase. The visits will continue with the House of Virgin Mary and the Basilica of St. John. Lunch will be served in Selcuk town. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi. (B,L,D)

Day 9  Kusadasi - Pergamum - Canakkale
After breakfast drive to Pergamum to visit Acropolis where the steepest theatre of the world, the temple of Troijan and the place of the famous Zeus altar can be seen & Asclepion, the foremost medical centre of the ancient world and Acropolis. After lunch you will continue onto Troy. This is the legendary city of ‘Homer’ which has nine principal levels of occupation covering a period of 3000 years. Lunch will be served enroute. Dinner and overnight in Canakkale. (B,L,D)

Day 10  Canakkale - Istanbul
After breakfast cross the strait by ferry and drive to Istanbul along the shores of Marmara sea. (Gallipoli can be added to the program). Lunch will be served enroute. After arrival in Istanbul, transfer to the hotel/airport. (B,L)
